The DCCRs ARTICLE TWO: 1. states that "The Developer shall appoint the initial Board of Directors consisting of five members with staggered terms." However, only four Directors were appointed by the Developer and to comply with the DCCRs, the Board asked for volunteers to fill the vacant (fifth) position. Two homeowners volunteered and on 04/10/2024 the Board appointed Christine Niebrugge to fill the vacancy until the election in late 2024.
